The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts occupies a 19th century listed building opposite Liverpool’s Anglican cathedral. The entrance is accessed via Pilgrim Street.

From the M62

At the end of the motorway follow signs for the city centre and the cathedrals.When you reach the Metropolitan Cathedral turn left along Hope Street until you reach the far end. Turn right onto Upper Duke Street and LIPA is immediately on your right.

By plane

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a taxi journey of 30 minutes or bus ride of about 40 minutes from LIPA. You can fly into Liverpool from many European cities 

Manchester airport is 35 miles and there are direct train and bus links  to Liverpool

Liverpool is a 2 hour train journey from London Euston train station if you are flying into a London airport please use www.nationalrail.co.uk to plan your journey from the airport to Euston and onwards to Liverpool.
